The school year has officially begun, for me at least, and I can honestly say I'm excited to be back. I'm mostly looking forward to having a structured schedule again. This semester is full with many school commitments and in order for me to do the best I can in all of them, I need to set myself some goals. 

During the Fall term, I will have to balance a full-time course load, sorority (I also hold a leadership position), my student therapist position and obviously, a social life. I'm not gonna lie, it's definitely going to be tough, but with clearly set goals, I'm hopeful that I'll be able to do it all and minimize my stress levels. Fingers crossed!

School Related Goals

1. Attend all my classes (especially those 8am courses)
2. Actually pay attention to what the professor is saying in those classes
3. Reserve 30 - 60 minutes each day to review that day's courses
4. Pick your outfits out the night before
5. Make Lunches/Dinner in advance
6. Surpass last year's average
7. Keep in contact with academic advisor to ensure I'm on the right path
8. Go to office hours

Sorority Related Goals

1. Use my committee and properly delegate roles and tasks
2. Encourage other members to be more active in chapter
3. Execute all my planned events
4. Attend more social events

Student Therapy Goals

1. Attend all practices and games (except in the case of a mandatory sorority event)
2. Go to as many clinic appointments with the athletes

Life Goals

1. Go to the gym at least twice a week
2. Limit the amount of food bought on campus to $20/week
3. Bump up blog posting to twice a week
4. Take 30 minutes every day to unwind and destress
5. Make new friends
6. Get 8 hours of sleep every night
